Terms of Use
Effective date: September 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AMB Ltd. ("we", "us"), who make Majlis (مجلس). By using the Majlis app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Majlis. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
- Majlis is not directed at children under 13.
2. Your account
- You start as a guest. A guest account lives on your phone: if you uninstall the app or change phones without linking an email or Google account, you lose access to it and we cannot restore it.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts, and do not create accounts to get around a mute or a ban.
3. A free game, with no real money
- Majlis is free to play and has no ads.
- Majlis is not gambling. You cannot bet, win or lose money or anything of value in it.
- Points, levels and leaderboard ranks are part of the game only. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money or prizes. We may reset or adjust them, for example to fix a mistake or undo cheating.
- Features shown as "Soon" (such as coins, a shop or clubs) are not available. If we add paid features later, separate terms will apply and we will tell you first.
4. Playing fairly
Do not:
- cheat, collude with other players at the table, or share your cards with anyone at the table by any means;
- use bots, scripts, modified apps or bugs to gain an advantage, and do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer our servers;
- deliberately ruin matches for others, for example by repeatedly joining and leaving tables.
Computer players ("bots") may fill empty seats or take over a seat when a player leaves.
5. How to behave: names, photos and chat
Your display name, username, profile photo and chat messages are seen by other players. They must not:
- insult, harass, threaten or bully anyone, or attack people for their religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender or any other part of who they are;
- contain sexual, violent or hateful content, or swearing;
- pretend to be another person, another player, or Majlis staff;
- share anyone's personal information, including your own phone number or address;
- advertise, spam, or ask for money;
- break the law or anyone else's rights (for example, a photo you do not have the right to use).
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to other players inside Majlis, only to run the game. This permission ends when you delete it or your account, except where we must keep a copy to handle a report.
6. Moderation
- An automatic filter hides chat messages and refuses names that contain offensive words. It is not perfect.
- Any player can report a name, photo or chat message, and can block another player. When three different players report the same thing, it is hidden automatically; repeated reports lead to chat mutes of 24 hours, then 7 days, then a permanent mute.
- We review reports and may remove content, mute chat, hide names or photos, reset points, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with or without warning. If you think we got it wrong, email support@majlis-game.com.
7. Ending your use
- You can stop using Majlis at any time, and delete your account in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) or by email — see the account deletion page.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we stop running Majlis.
8. The service
- We are working to make Majlis fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Matches can be interrupted, and features can change or be removed. Online play needs an internet connection.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost points, levels or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and tell you in the app when a change is significant. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil, to the extent permitted by law and without taking away protections you have under the law of the country where you live — including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived, such as those under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Law No. 8,078/1990) or the equivalent mandatory rules where you live.
